How do I obtain an ID card?
Visit mysolstice.net (register
if you are a first-time user) and:
- From the Welcome Screen click on the My Account tab
- From the profile screen click on the

When can I start using my discount dental plan?
Your plan will become effective the first date of the month you chose during enrollment.

When can I start receiving discounts on dental work?
Your discount dental plan can be utilized the day of activation (same day you receive
your member card). Just show the participating dental provider your Member ID Card
and they will honor the discounted rate according to the fee schedule of your plan.

Can I coordinate my dental insurance with a discount dental plan?
Even if you already have dental insurance, the discounts offered by our discount
dental plans may be used along with your dental insurance for even more savings
on your dental care. Please consult with a participating dentist or dental care
specialist before beginning treatment to verify if they can coordinate a discount
plan with your current insurance.

Help – I think I have been overcharged by a dentist. What can I do?
Please refer to your schedule of benefits and confirm the amount quoted/charged
is the same as your patient responsibility. You can also contact Member Services
at 877-760-2247 for representative assistance. Please be sure to have a treatment
plan and name of the doctor you visited.

How do I obtain pre-authorization?
Should the services of a specialist (Oral Surgeon, Endodontist, Orthodontist, Periodontist,
Prosthodontist or Pediatric Dentist) be necessary, you may go directly to a participating
specialist with no referral and receive a 25% reduction off the provider’s usual
and customary fee.

How can I nominate a dentist to be part of the Solstice AccessPlus provider
network?
Do you have a dentist that you would like added to our network? Nominate them by
emailing our Provider Relations Department at
providerrelations@solsticebenefits.com and include their name, office location
and phone number. You can also register and visit mysolstice.net and nominate your provider online.

We accept payment in full for annual plan membership fees and we also offer an affordable
6-month plan option as well.

Do I receive discounts if I see an out-of-network dentist?
Plan members will not receive discounts on dental care when visiting an out-of-network
provider. Members must always see a participating dentist to receive the discounts
associated with their discount dental plan. However, if a dental care provider would
like to join a network, they can join by emailing our Provider Relations department
at providerrelations@solsticebenefits.com.
